Avoiding wedding day traffic

Check your wedding date for avoiding wedding day traffic!

Avoiding wedding day traffic ~ Hot tip!

Know ahead of time if your wedding date falls on the same day as big games, charity fundraiser or other local event and make sure avoiding wedding day traffic is one of the items to tick off your to-do list!    Big events also mean hotels will get full and booked up way in advance.   You wouldn’t want to be held up in traffic on your big day, nor have anywhere for your guests to stay.

Big events, and we’re talking Music Gigs, Rugby World Cup and major football matches will mean that hotels will book up well in advance.  So don’t get caught out and plan ahead.  The same is true for bank holiday weekends – so if your wedding falls on a popular summer holiday weekend then allow extra time to get to your venue or church.

A simple web search using one of the major search engines will give you a wealth of information so you avoid something that could prove very annoying on your wedding day!
